Shipping
Othalee uses third party partners to fulfill our shipments and is quoted after a hold request is placed on an item, or at the time of purchase. At this time, we're coordinating shipping to the five boroughs and the Greater NYC area only. If you are outside the area, and would like to coordinate shipping yourself, you may reach out at othalee.nyc@gmail.com.

Returns
All sales are final for our vintage and antique pieces. We photograph our pieces extensively and can send more photos or video should you want additional info on the piece.

For our custom pieces, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are accepted within 30 days of purchase upon review by our team. Should your return be accepted, we charge a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping to be remitted by the customer. Please submit clear photos or videos with a written description of the issue and we will get to your return request within 48 hours.
